Productized OS™ – MasterClass & MasterMind Programs

All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Productized OS programs, including MasterClass and MasterMind, are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Nature of Digital Products
Our programs provide immediate access to proprietary digital content that cannot be returned, including:
- Pre-recorded video training modules and lessons
- Downloadable templates, frameworks, and worksheets
- Proprietary methodologies and intellectual property
- Private community access and member resources
- Live session recordings and supplementary materials
Once access credentials are delivered and content is made available, the transaction is complete. The digital nature of these materials makes it impossible to verify whether content has been viewed, downloaded, copied, or otherwise consumed.
What This Policy Covers
This no-refund policy applies to:
- MasterClass program enrollment and associated monthly membership fees
- MasterMind program enrollment and associated monthly membership fees
- Any additional digital products, courses, or resources purchased through Productized OS
- Subscription renewals and recurring charges
Your Responsibility
Before purchasing, you are encouraged to review all available program information, including curriculum details, deliverables, and program structure. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed this information and accept full responsibility for your buying decision.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company does not constitute a valid refund request. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of program access, collection efforts for amounts owed, and potential legal action.
Program Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your ongoing monthly membership after completing your initial program commitment, you may do so by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for any payments already processed.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
